Event Marketing Agency in Thailand

Brandstorm plans events and marketing activations for brands and businesses, from product launches and sampling to seminars, roadshows, in-store activities, fan events and live coverage. We coordinate concepts, production, teams and event-day delivery, agreeing on scope, budget and measurement before each project begins.

Event Formats

Choose the Right Event Format

Start with your audience and brand objectives, then choose the activities, venue and production that can bring the experience to life.

Launches & Sampling

Help guests discover your brand, understand its strengths and try your products through relevant activities. These may include launches, demonstration booths and sampling, with clear product information, trial instructions and participation steps.

Roadshows & Caravans

Take your brand activities to multiple locations with coordinated routes, equipment transport and local teams. Check each location's constraints and keep the experience and message consistent throughout the campaign.

Concerts & Fan Events

Plan experiences that connect brands, artists and audiences, from activity zones, stages and show cues to admission. Coordinate schedules, venue capacity and content usage rights within the agreed scope.

Corporate Events

Support customer meetings, seminars and corporate activities with a clear communication plan. Align the agenda, seating, registration, audiovisual systems and speaker cues with the audience size and content.

In-Store Activations

Connect the retail space with product experiences through promotional teams, demonstrations and point-of-sale materials. Coordinate store rules, installation space and product information, then agree on ways to track trials or sales using available data.

Brand Experience Zones

Create spaces where people discover your brand through participation, including mall pop-ups, exhibition booths and festival activities. Plan entrances, exits, activity points and photo areas around the actual venue.

Extend Your Reach

Beyond the Venue, Reach More People

An event can reach beyond its venue. Give media and content clear roles, with event delivery and amplification defined as separate service scopes.

Live Coverage & Content

Extend the on-site experience through live streaming, photography and video. Agree on channels, recording teams, setup positions and deliverables, and check connectivity, music and image rights, and the use of attendee information as relevant to the activity.

Media & KOL Support

Plan the role of influencers and media before, during and after the event to invite audiences, explain products or share experiences. Agree on deliverables, publication dates, reuse rights and disclosure of commercial relationships.

How We Work

From the Brief to Event Day

Bring the concept, venue, production and team into one plan. Define deliverables, such as layouts and production lists, together with responsibilities, approval points and timelines so everyone is ready before the event.

Brief & Concept

Start with objectives, audience, timing and budget. Design activities around what you want people to feel, understand or do next, and choose measures that can be tracked using real data.

Venue & Planning

Review the space, layout, access times, power supply and transport. Coordinate venue conditions, contractors and relevant permissions, with clear responsibilities and contingency plans suited to the activity.

Production & Checks

Prepare the agreed stage, booths, lighting, sound, screens, graphics and point-of-sale materials. Check information, materials and artwork before production, with defined revision rounds and approval owners.

Teams & Show Cues

Coordinate hosts, speakers, artists and activity teams as required. Assign roles, brief the schedule, rehearse cues and establish contact points, decision-makers and a response plan for changes before event day.

Delivery & Reporting

From Event Day to Final Delivery

Work to the approved plan, track the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver assets and reports according to the project's scope and schedule.

Event-Day Coordination

Manage the schedule, activity cues and handovers on the day. Coordinate on-site teams and stakeholders, confirming changes with the responsible decision-makers under the agreed plan.

Track Actual Results

Record data using agreed counting methods, such as attendance, product trials and communication results. Identify data sources and measurement periods so reporting reflects the event's objectives.

Delivery & Review

Deliver the agreed items on schedule, including any photography, video and KPI reports within scope. Separate measured results from observations, with recommendations for the next event.

Budget Planning

What Shapes Your Event Budget

Pricing depends on the actual scope; one price cannot suit every event. Share your budget range and priorities so production and activities can be planned around your objectives.

Venue & Timing

Consider venue hire, setup and dismantling days, operating hours, power supply, delivery access and out-of-hours work requirements.

Scale & Attendance

Guest numbers, registration, seating, catering and activity points affect the equipment, space and team required.

Stage & Production

Booth size, sets, screens, lighting, sound, graphics and materials influence both the budget and design or production lead time.

Activities & Talent

Check availability and terms for hosts, speakers, artists, promotional teams and special activities separately for each item.

Travel & Logistics

Multi-location events need to account for distance, accommodation, transport and setup cycles to allocate enough people and equipment.

Content & Usage Rights

Define photography, video, live streaming, deliverable quantities, revision rounds and rights for publication or advertising use.

Before work begins, the quotation should specify inclusions and exclusions, quantities or service duration, tax, payment stages, overtime, and postponement or cancellation terms, with a named approver for additional costs.

Before Your Event

Event Planning Questions

What types of events do you organise?

We support brand and corporate events, including launches, product sampling, roadshows, corporate events, seminars, in-store activations, brand experience zones, concerts and fan meetings. Share the format, dates, expected attendance and location so we can assess the team and scope required.

What information should I prepare?

Prepare your objectives, target audience, approximate guest numbers, preferred dates, potential locations and budget range. Reference images, a draft agenda or brand guidelines can also help.

Can we start without a venue or concept?

Yes. Start with your business objectives and planned budget. The team can help assess suitable formats and venue requirements. Venue bookings and production begin once details have been confirmed with the relevant parties.

How much does event management cost?

Pricing is assessed per project, considering the venue, attendance, production, equipment and team. Share your budget range and initial brief so essential items and flexible options can be reviewed before the quotation is finalised.

How early should we contact an event agency?

Get in touch once you know the likely event dates, allowing time for venue checks, availability, design, approvals and production. Multiple locations, custom production or many stakeholders require more preparation time. The schedule is confirmed against the actual scope.

Can you handle only part of an event?

Tell us which areas you need help with, such as staging and audiovisual systems, registration, speaker cues or event-day coordination. Identify existing teams and contractors so responsibilities, handovers and approval owners are clear before work starts.

How do you plan outdoor events or roadshows?

Review site constraints, access times, power, transport and weather conditions, with alternatives and decision-makers identified for unexpected changes. Relevant permissions and site-specific requirements must be coordinated with the venue owner and stakeholders before the plan is confirmed.

Are photography, video and live streaming included?

Check the quotation. Photography, video and live streaming need a defined scope covering deliverable quantities, delivery dates, revision rounds, publication channels and reuse rights. Third-party music or images, and the recording or publication of attendee information, require rights and requirements to be checked for the intended use.

Can we change the date or add work later?

Venue and team availability, along with items already produced or booked, need to be checked first. Changes may add costs or affect the schedule. Agree on postponement, cancellation and extra-work approval terms before the project starts.

What reports will we receive after the event?

Agree on report topics before the event, such as actual attendance, product trial results, feedback and delivered assets. Define counting methods, data sources, collection responsibilities and delivery dates so the report supports decisions against your objectives.
