Influencer Marketing in Thailand

Brandstorm matches brands with influencers, KOLs and KOCs suited to their audiences. We manage strategy, creator selection, briefs, content production and live commerce, tracking progress from awareness to sales opportunities. Scope, budget and campaign KPIs are agreed before work begins.

Our Network

Creators at Every Tier Across Platforms

Our network of over 200 creators spans Mega and Macro KOLs, Micro Influencers and Nano KOCs. We match each brief to the creator’s audience, expertise and storytelling style to support awareness, product consideration and purchase decisions. Audience quality and meaningful engagement are assessed alongside follower counts.

Mega KOL

1M+ followers. Suitable for product launches, broad national awareness and conversations that help build a brand’s profile.

Macro KOL

100K–1M followers. Category expertise can support credibility and product consideration, combining reach with informed explanations for interested audiences.

Micro KOL

10K–100K followers. Focused expertise and niche audiences suit demonstrations, reviews and conversion-focused campaigns. We assess the quality of comments and genuine engagement.

Nano KOC

1K–10K followers. Small communities connect through first-hand experience, making this tier suitable for product trials, seeding and word of mouth. Key product information must be communicated accurately.

Platforms

Choose Platforms for Your Audience

TikTok

Plan short videos, live commerce and hashtag challenges around how people watch TikTok. Connect creators with TikTok Shop where the brief calls for product discovery. Clear selling points, demonstrations and calls to action help content reach relevant viewers, encourage sharing and support sales opportunities.

Instagram

Use Reels, Stories and feed posts to tell brand stories through visuals and everyday life, from beauty tutorials to practical product use. Formats should feel natural to the creator and Instagram while retaining the brand’s identity, accurate product details and a clear next step for interested viewers.

Facebook

Combine live selling, community groups and shareable videos to reach audiences in Thailand, including mass-market and 30+ segments. Address buyers’ questions in a conversational format, then assess costs and return on investment using each campaign’s actual data.

YouTube

Use long-form reviews, unboxing, tutorials and brand documentaries for products that need fuller explanations. Clear topics, video titles and descriptions help viewers find useful information, supporting campaign reach and longer-term organic discovery.

Live Commerce

Coordinate real-time selling hosted by KOLs on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and Facebook Live. Combine entertainment, demonstrations and questions with a clear purchase journey. Prepare products, offers and the presentation sequence, then track views, clicks and attributable orders.

Content Seeding

Coordinate product trials and mentions by Micro and Nano creators at the scale agreed for the campaign, including programmes involving hundreds of creators. Focus on genuine experience and community conversation to help people discover the brand and find useful product content. Post volume does not guarantee SEO rankings.

Our Process

From Brief to Campaign

Influencer marketing connects brands with audiences through creators who have relationships with their communities. We bring strategy, briefing, creative direction and analysis together from start to finish so every deliverable has a clear role in the campaign.

Campaign Strategy

Define objectives, audiences, creative direction and KPIs before contacting creators. Distinguish awareness, consideration and sales goals so deliverables and measurement methods fit the intended outcome.

Creator Matching

Use a database of over 200 screened creators alongside fresh research. Assess audience demographics and interests, engagement quality, previous work and brand fit. Confirm availability and commercial terms before finalising the shortlist.

Briefing and Creative

Prepare a brief covering product facts, key messages, points to avoid and desired outcomes. Preserve brand guidelines while giving creators room to tell the story in their own style, keeping content natural to the audience and platform.

Production and Approval

Agree a clear production, review and approval sequence. Check factual accuracy and brand suitability, define revision rounds and identify approvers to maintain quality while protecting the publication schedule.

Launch and Reporting

Coordinate posting schedules, monitor deliverables and amplify suitable content through paid media within the agreed scope. Dashboards show data available through connected systems. Post-campaign reporting separates content and advertising results and identifies improvements for future work.

Key Opinion Consumers

KOC Real Consumer Voices

KOCs, or Key Opinion Consumers, share first-hand product experiences through reviews and everyday stories, helping others build trust and make informed purchase decisions. KOLs typically draw on expertise or public recognition. Brandstorm selects from a network of over 500 screened KOCs in beauty, lifestyle, food and technology, matching products and audiences while agreeing review topics, trial periods and deliverables.

Honest Reviews

Reviews draw on actual product use, explaining how a product works, its strengths and relevant contexts so readers can make informed decisions.

Building Trust

A relatable consumer perspective can feel like a recommendation from a friend. Paid, gifted or otherwise sponsored relationships with the brand should be clearly disclosed.

Purchase Decisions

Create content that answers questions before a product trial or purchase, tracking clicks and orders where suitable measurement systems are available.

Relevant Audiences

Select communities aligned with the product category and customer behaviour so word of mouth reaches people likely to be interested.

Product Seeding

Seeding Builds Word of Mouth

Product seeding gives relevant creators and communities products to try and discuss. It can build organic content that supports awareness, trust and sales opportunities. Agree whether products are gifts with no posting obligation or part of an arrangement with defined deliverables and deadlines. Commercial relationships should be clearly disclosed.

Product Gifting

Send products strategically to relevant creators, reviewers and community influencers. Supply accurate instructions and product information so recipients can try the product and describe their experience responsibly.

UGC Campaigns

User-generated content is created by people from their own experiences. We plan programmes that invite satisfied customers to participate and share, define submission guidelines and obtain permission before reusing reviews to build a usable content library.

Community Seeding

Introduce products and conversations in relevant online and offline communities, including Facebook and LINE groups. Respect community rules and the relevance of the content so recommendations are useful to members. Identify sponsored activity clearly.

TikTok Seeding

Send products to multiple TikTok creators for reviews, Duets and challenges that invite organic participation. Give each creator room for a distinct perspective, connect product discovery with TikTok Shop and track resulting traffic.

Questions About Finding Influencers

Where should I start when choosing influencers?

Start with the product, customer audience and campaign objective, then choose platforms and creator tiers. Compare actual audiences, previous work, comment quality and brand fit. Share your budget range and publication dates so the shortlist reflects availability and the brief.

What is the difference between KOLs and KOCs?

KOL means Key Opinion Leader: someone whose expertise or recognition can support credibility. KOCs focus on consumer experience and close community relationships. A campaign can combine both, assigning roles in awareness, product explanation and encouraging trials.

What affects the campaign budget?

Consider creator tiers and numbers, content formats and quantities, production complexity, deadlines and reuse rights. Separate creator fees, production, campaign management and paid amplification so proposals can be compared on the same scope.

How should content rights be agreed?

Specify the channels and duration for using photos or videos, whether paid advertising and editing are permitted, revision rounds, competitor restrictions and sponsorship disclosures. Confirm permission for any third-party images, music and other materials. Put these terms in writing before production so content can be used for the agreed purposes.

How is campaign performance measured?

Choose KPIs that match the objective. Awareness uses reach and views; consideration uses engagement quality and clicks; sales uses orders or leads attributable through links, codes or shop systems. Separate organic and paid results, and explain the measurement period and data limitations. Results vary by campaign and are not guaranteed.

What should I prepare before work begins?

Prepare product facts, strengths, precautions, customer audiences, purchase channels, objectives, a budget range and intended publication dates. Include brand guidelines, example work and approval requirements. Timelines depend on creator numbers, product trials, production and revision rounds. Product claims and any sector-specific advertising requirements should be checked before publication.
